There are four types of humans. The wolf - preys on the weak, the sheep - blissfully unaware, the rattlesnake - defends self and self alone, and the sheep dog - puts self in harm's way to defend the weak. Stories of people abusing their positions show up all too often. The lowest sort of (human?) creature is one that preys on children. Louisiana has a good law.
